I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. the location was ideal, situated on the very close outskirts of the main city centre, it was within 15 minutes walk of Chester town centre. The area itself was lovely, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to the attractions.
All was more than okay, no improvements needed.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ray the owner. The bed was excellent and the in-room tea and coffee provided were generous. The location was perfect, as it was a short walk into town and conveniently close to the train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with ample parking and a beautiful conservatory for breakfast. The cleanliness of the newly refurbished accommodation was impressive, with thoughtful details such as multiple USB plugs and quality towels. The staff at the hotel's restaurant were friendly and efficient, adding to our enjoyable stay.

The superior king room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was savoury, the best I had in Chester. The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of New Church.

Staff were outstanding, the hotel was small. The room was bright and beautifully designed and the beds were extremely comfy. They made my stay amazing. I loved Sticky Walnut, that was 500 metres away and offered fabulous food👌
